Chairman

Ming-Tsuen Chen trained in medicine at Kaohsiung Medical University and brings senior healthcare and corporate leadership experience, including service as CEO of the Healthcare Division of RunTai Group.


Chin-Ming "Jimmy" Chang, Ph.D. Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Jimmy Chang leads TaiMed Biologics and brings experience across pharmaceutical research, development, and corporate leadership. He earned a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics from The University of Texas at Austin and previously held roles at Allergan and Eli Lilly and Company.

JR Chen, Ph.D Vice President, Zhubei Site Head

Dr. Chen has experience across biopharmaceutical operations, R&D, and manufacturing. He earned a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from National Yang-Ming University and has held leadership roles at RH Biopharmaceuticals and Adimmune.

Tzu-Kang WangChief Strategy Officer

Mr. Wang brings experience spanning biotechnology strategy, investment, and company building. He holds a master's degree in Veterinary Science from National Taiwan University and has held leadership roles across biotechnology ventures. 

Jing-Yi Huang, Ph.D.Senior Director, Drug Research

Dr. Huang is a translational scientist with experience across immunology, infectious disease, oncology, and autoimmune research. She earned her Ph.D. from the Institute of Molecular Medicine at National Taiwan University and has led drug-development activities spanning candidate selection, CMC, toxicology, and PK/PD.

YingAn LaiSenior Director, Clinical Development and Regulatory Affairs

Ms. Lai brings experience in global clinical development, trial leadership, scientific publication, and international regulatory submissions. She holds a Master of Science in Biology from Rutgers University.

Yen HuangSenior Director, Supply Chain

Mr. Huang brings more than two decades of pharmaceutical quality and supply-chain experience. He holds a Master of Science from the University of New Haven and previously held quality roles at Abbott Laboratories and Impax Laboratories.
